Where are you based and do you travel?
At Xon Photography, we are based in Mutarnee, where we have established a strong presence in the local photography community. However, we are passionate about capturing moments beyond our home base!
Yes, we do travel for photography sessions and events! Whether you’re planning a destination wedding, a family reunion in a different city, or a corporate event in another state, we are more than happy to accommodate your needs. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance and location, but we will always discuss this with you upfront to ensure transparency.

When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 8 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites!
How many pictures will we receive?
The number of pictures you will receive depends on the type of session or event you book with us. Here’s a general guideline:
Portrait Sessions: Typically, you can expect to receive around 20-30 professionally edited images. We focus on quality over quantity, ensuring that each photo captures the essence of your session.
Events: For corporate events or parties, the number of images will depend on the duration of the event and the activities taking place. Generally, you can expect to receive 100-300 edited images.

Weather Policy
Photoshoots will typically take place rain or shine. For outdoor shoots, an agreed alternate location may be planned in advance. Shoots will only be cancelled and a full refund given in the most extreme circumstances. If the shoot can be rescheduled there will be no additional fees for the customer.
Cancellation Policy
7 days before the shoot date & time: 100% refund Between 7 days and 24 hours before the shoot date & time: 50% refund Less than 24 hours before the shoot date & time: no refund Booking is considered cancelled when the client messages the photographer in writing
License Policy
Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline.
Extension Policy
Shoot may be extended with mutual consent. The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed beforehand. The hourly package rate will apply. Reshoots can be arranged at a cost of 50% of the hourly package rate.
